Feng can over-communicate the companies value by use of symbols and signals, and reinforce the value of his example. It is an act of leading the cultural sector. Like our culture, it comes from different people and practiced in many different ways.

Leading the culture sector is a practiced in two ways:

The financially viable, legal and well-organized staff in the organization. Leading culture itself, making work production and project that show the different ways of feeling, thinking and experiencing the world. It concerns competently managing the cultural sector, ensuring that they are many challenges that culture leaders should navigate, and these experiences are faced by many leaders in another area of social and economic life.
