    The ICS has been established by the NIMS as the standardized incident organizational structure for the management of all incidents.

    Explanation:

    NIMS is a created. by the department of homeland security. It's a system that can be used as some sort of database that contain all relevant data regarding incident management. This include things such as standardized equipment to handle each incident, terms hard during operation, type of skills needed, etc.

    ICS is oar of an operational system within the NIMS. This operational system has the function as some sort of command center that can be used to allocate resources and workers during incident management.
