The first thing to do, is run the Validate a Configuration Wizard.

Explanation:

This tool, is really easy to use and it will perform several tests to your hardware, and then will create a report will all details and results. You should always run this tool when you first set up a failover cluster, and every time you change the cluster configuration. You will find it in the Failover Cluster Manager, select the desired cluster and then click the Validate Cluster bottom.
