    Answer:Anomie

Explanation:Anomie is a social condition in which norms and values which were most prevalent start to vanish within society. According to Emile Durkheim, this result to normlessness. He suggest that this happens when there are major, rapid changes to the economic, social or political structure of society. According to Durkheim, this is a transitional period whereby past values and norms are no longer relevant in the current time and new ones have been invented or have evolved.

Anomie can create disconnection as new values may seem to come up with new things that may not go well with some members and this may result to the conflict that we see today being caused by social media platforms.
