In charter schools there's not really any opportunities for extracurricular activities. Teachers can't do much to raise their compensation to match the amount of work they do. Most charters don't allow unions, making collective bargaining for higher wages near impossible. Charter teachers male less than public schools. They are also limited on resources. Charter schools are also known to not get better test results as public schools. I personally won't teach at a charter school. I attended a charter middle school and hated how it was run and how limited of resources for not only teaching materials but limited on information about college.
