Rinse the tooth first then put it in a cup of saline for transport.

    Explanation:

With our current medical development we are able to perform a tooth re-implanting procedure, in which a dentist will put the knocked out tooth back to the initial position.

Putting the tooth in a saline will prevent bacteria from accumulating in the tooth. Not doing this before replanting the tooth could potentially cause a more severe infection in your mouth.
