An all channel network is the kind of network in which the information in shared in all directions, the lateral, longitudinal, vertical, horizontal. It makes sure that this pattern of communication harvests an equal and unrestricted participative culture and gives rise to cross functional effort among the groups.

Josie's mom is very effectively capable of fostering those values and becoming the centralized unit to carry out all channel networking.
