    Explanation:

    On average, one workers of state licensing board is responsible to handle around 3000 licensed workers. This led to a situation where licenses workers have to undergone through a waiting list in case the workers have some sort of problems that they wanted to take up to the boards.

    State licensing boards for nursing for example, has an average of processing times of 17 days in case there is a problem with a certain document. This is a really long time considering that the nurses has to deal with potentially life threatening manners on day to day basis.
