    Grief is human reaction to loss of something or someone. It always result in someone lossing something and this can lead to physical withdrawal, resentment, fear, achohol abuse and even taking one's life so as to flee from the pain associated with grief. grief can hurt our spirit, soul, body and even emotions. When grief is not properly handled, it leads to depression and even melancholia whereby people feals extreme quilt and despair and eventually no happiness at all.
