Adolescents her age all do this and it will get better with time. At this particular time of Jenny's life kids are normally at loggerheads with their parents and tend to have a new social life, which are her friends, they tend to have the final say in her life. This is very common with teenagers, they are normally rebellious and believe they know more than their parents. It is usually a phase and must be handled with caution because some problems can have serious consequences.
