    The constitutional government is essential because it is in charge of safeguarding the privileges and rights that are given by the constitution. It also prevents the legislative and executive encroachment of the reasons. Therefore, it established a foundation.

    Each country has its way of dealing with the judicial system. The best way that judicial promotes independence is through giving long-life tenure that frees them to provide judgment on access as well as making ruling based on their governance.
