We need to bring certain changes if we see people are watching only few second of the video.

Explanation:

If certain videos are unable to attract people attention we need to take certain measures. We need to change the colors if we have used light color then dark colors should be used or by contrasting color we can make it more attractive.

We need to change the branding and need to put much more attractive things such as any slogans.

Most vital is to update the information that has been provided in the video, proper description should be used.

At last that we can do is to delete the video and we need to try again with much updated and better content.
