Sam has to be stopped his licensed activities because of his insane behavior. But his salesperson put all activities in his working status. His branch office has been canceled his licenses. Now he has to submit all necessary documents to renew his license or re-activate his licenses. He has to re-activate his license, his salesperson license, and the branch office license. These activities are responsible for his license expiration.
