    Answer: b. Hill-Burton Act

    Explanation:

Hill-Burton act deals with the reduced-cost of health care.

This act was established and passed in order to give financial support to hospitals and old age homes and other places that cater for health issues.

It was concured that this will assist in giving number of services to those individuals who can not afford to pay for health services even when they are under those health facilities, like a person who may not be able to pay for some services even though they are at the old age home or nursing facility.

For a person to qualify for Hill-Burton there is a stipulated salary that one may be recieving which means a salary less than that which can afford them any medical insurance which is stipulated by Federal Poverty Guideline.

A person will bring all the required documentation and proof of income.
