Broker Callie received an offer on a house she was listing and presented it to the owners, who requested 24 hours to consider it. Later that day, a salesperson in Callie's office received another, but much lower offer on the same property. Callie is certain that the second offer will be rejected. What action should she take?

    Explanation: A broker needs to bring front all the offers to the owners that s (he) is representing that is her duty as a broker. Callie can't just decide on her own understanding of the business and then choose which offers to present and which not to present. The duty to select which offer is taken is solely on the house owners, Callie's duty is to present all the offers she get for them and they make the decision
