What did Adam's sin do for man, and what did Christ's obedience do for man?

Adam's disobedience of God's words was a sin (him and Eve listening to the serpent eating a forbidden apple that God said not to eat), and for it, God condemned the whole human race.

That is seen in the Genesis 3:17-19

Then to Adam He said, "Because you have heeded the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying, 'You shall not eat of it': "Cursed is the ground for your sake; In toil you shall eat of it All the days of your life. Both thorns and thistles it shall grow for you; And you will eat the plants of the field; In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread Till you return to the ground, For out of it you were taken; For dust you are, And to dust you shall return."

Yet, Jesus Christ's obedience to his father and his words, and also by sacrificing himself and his life for human suffering, sin, and redemption.

As it writes in Romans 3:23-24 says

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus."
