Control bleeding with direct pressure.

If a laceration is large and deep, is bleeding badly, or blood is blowing out violently from it (because there is a perforation in an artery) it is possible that it won't stop bleeding. In the case of this worker, you should apply pressure in his wounds in his torso, raise his lower extremities and apply pressure on them too, to immediately call 911.
