What developing countries had not realized earlier that apart from investing in college educated worker, they also need to invest on demand for rise in the work force for skilled workers. College education alone will not be sufficient for greater positive development impact of the workers. Right kind of skill relevant in the industries must be inculcated in them for positive development impact. Off late this realization has been made, developing countries are working on it.

Issues related to social inequalities and their problems arising from this process can be identified in all countries of the world, even in those that belong to the group of large nations, but in countries that figure as underdeveloped, these issues are more pronounced and easy to perceive. The vast majority of these countries are underdeveloped due to historical factors resulting from European colonization that over the centuries effectively exploited such countries.

The level of education is a factor that is directly linked to the lack of financial resources that is common to the vast majority of the population. The low level of education of the population in underdeveloped countries is often the result of situations in which children at school age are forced to join the labor market, which is almost always informal, to contribute to family income, this is momentarily positive for the family., but later these individuals will be adult workers with low qualifications and will find it difficult to place themselves in the labor market. As a result, these workers will work in jobs that require little qualification and offer low wages.
