The Ocean and the atmosphere ae the common resources that referred as the commons and the burning of the fossil fuels re the factors that affects this common and is thus degraded and polluted and there exists many ways to manage this are replacement of the fossil fuels and removal of the wastes and thereby improvement of the environment by decrease of the natural gases.
