    Answer:Pinkerton Rule

    Explanation:

This rule states that when people are involved in a conspiracy they are also likely to be convicted not only for their conspiracy by for the offenses committed by their co-conspirator provided that the other committed offense was done to push the initial conspiracy, and these offense were also unlawful activities. Also provided that the other person also knew that this act or offense was unlawful but still didn't hinder it.

According to Pinkerton doctrine a single conspirator can be convicted for crimes committed by their co-conspirator or others who were part of the conspiracy even if this single conspirator didn't physical get involved in committing those offense.
