Article 3 of the Texas Constitution

Article 3 of the Texas Constitution entrusts the legislative power of the state to two specific branches and they are: the Senate and the House of Representative; and when both of them work together it is the "Legislature of the State of Texas". The Article three also highlights the necessary qualifications that must be attained by representatives and senates and properly provides several regulation to the legislative process.
