The internal analysis consists of the inbound logistics, operations, outbound logistics, marketing and sales, service, procurement, technology development, human resource management, firm infrastructure, leveraging the value chain, and evaluating the management resources of a firm. The most difficult environmental analysis skills to develop are the internal analysis skills because they tend to change depending on the work environment and they're really important to the organization.
