The best way to deal with past mistakes, is to learn from them.

First people need to understand that they are not perfect, they need to understand that if they dont make mistakes, they wouldn't grow.

Making mistakes is a sign that challenges are faced and there is no way you face challenges that you wont develop from the situation the challenge will bring.

It is always best to make people understand why mistake is a good sign of development, it makes you reorganize and evaluates what happened and what should have been done better to address the situation. Doing this, it is a sign of improvement and possible eliminates potential problems in the future. Mistakes are signs of improvement for the future, Conrad should make people realize this.
