    False

    Explanation:

When the consumers choose to select nothing at all and choose not to buy any of the given products then they have made a choice of not spending on the given options. Although, in terms of spending it does not affect the consumer however, this is an important choice for the seller as it is now a lost opportunity to engage a consumer and to gain business. Hence, a consumer taking up the option not to buy an of the given products is also a choice and therefore, the given statement is false.
