    For the Supreme Court to decide the case filed, four of the nine judges must vote to accept the case.

    Explanation:

    The majority of justices must be mandatorily agreed, and then only the final decision from the court is publicly declared. There is an oral interpretation involving the questionnaires, but Supreme Court ignores individual verdicts and is more interested in the law and concepts. So, the decision processes of Supreme Court are not only banging the hammer but there are more carried out doing all the studies of the files and papers submitted.
