Explanation:

Any psychological test should be reliable and not have variance in terms of the subject's possible results. If the test is taken by the same person over a period of time or again, unless specified the result should come out tp be same or similar.

If the result is coming out different each time the test is taken as is the case for Rita when she takes the personality test it can be seen that the test is actually faulty and not reliable at all to give consistent results.
