    Personal ethics is related to the ethics that a person has regarding the people and situation the person deals within everyday life while professional ethics is the one that a person is having in professional life.

    Explanation:

    Considering these two ethics it can be said that the personal one is the one that leads, as if a person has this personal ethics, causally consequential that person will have the professional ethics developed.

    In many situations, these ethics are mixing and confronting. Maybe a teacher does not believe that the approach he has with a certain student is the right one, but according to the codex or rules, he has to respect the rights of a student.
