Xenocentrism is the act of believing our culture is 'superior' or better than the other. This type of view can be held by people from all culture regardless whether they're minority ot not.

"The tradition of my people is better and more respectful than theirs."

" The Public system in my country is way better than theirs"

This type of view could also created conflict between different groups.
