    General warranty

    Explanation:

    Cloud is defined as any document, claim, unreleased lien or encumbrance that might invalidate or impair the title to real property or make the title doubtful.

    General warranty is used for real estate sale of property and it used to guarantee the following;

    That the seller is legally allowed to sell the property

    That the property is free of debt or other claims (aside any mentioned in the deed)

    that the seller owns the title

    That the property has not already been sold

    That the seller is responsible for any problems/faults with the property,

    General warranty covers any property title without clouds.
