Sasha finds her job difficult and has had a hard time learning how to do some of the tasks that are required of her. She decides to put in some extra hours to learn how to complete the tasks, and she is confident that in doing so she will be able to perform the tasks well.     It can be very discouraging and may be disheartening when you don't know how to perform your job and may even be stressful however if you know how to perform your duties it brings a relief, peace and happiness.

    Even your boss may start to recognise you effort.

    When you know you have confidence in what you are doing you are likely to feel happier and less stressed than when you didn't know how to perform your duties.
