The direct verdict is about when a prosecution fails to prove his case. The prosecution is not able to provide proper evidence so that they can prove themselves. After that, the judge will see the case and alert jury that they should give a vote to acquittal so an innocent could not get the injustice.

The jury will listen to the rules and regulation and the instructions about the case and follow all instruction comes with the final verdict. This verdict also affects the outcomes of the civil court outcomes as well.
