Anomie, according to the Durkeim is the state in which there is a breakdown of social norms and guidance. When things doesn't follow the way that the society considers normal. Having children outside marriage is an Anomie, and no matter what happens or how frequently it occurs, There will still be a number of people in the society that will consider it an Anomie or Deviant from how it should be.
