I would rather be a member of the US Congress than be a member of the United Kingdom Parliament. This is because the the US congress members enjoy stability in office than the members of the UK parliament. Under Article 1 of the constitution, A senator can serve in office for six years, while a member of the House of Representative can serve for two years with no restriction on the number of times he/she can be elected into offices. On the other hand, election into the UK parliament can be at any time, hence stability is not guaranteed.

Which leader has more power - UK Prime Minister or US President? Why?

The US president has more executive power than the UK prime Minister. The president can give orders to the armed forces because he isn the chief commander of the arm forces. The UK has to get the consent from the parliament to give major executive orders. The UK prime Minister is the Leader of the majority party in the House of common and can be impeached just like some in the past.
