    In 2019 the both college have same enrollment i. e 34,400

    Explanation:

    Let x be time in year and y is total population

    According to the information given for two college we have two equation

    y = 16900 + 1250x ... for college A

    y = 37150 + 150x ... for college B

    As two college have same enrollement therefore we have

    16900 + 1250X = 37150 + 150X

    1250X - 150X = 37150 - 16900

    X = 14.46

    X = 14

    So in 2005 + 14 = 2019 year the college have same enrollement

    y = 16900 + 1250 (14)

    y = 34,400
