    Captain John Smith was the leader of the colony of Jamestown and he was one of the best leaders with many outstanding activities.

    Explanation:

    He initiated the step that everyone in the colony must work. No one shall eat anything until he/she is involved in the work

    i. e. no work no eat policy. He also started the trading system with other countries.

    He implemented the rule of making the better houses and started rewarding the hard workers.
