    The difference between heredity and environment is that, heredity is passed through the parents to the traits but environment is the surroundings where the traits are raised.

    Explanation:

    Heredity is genetic but the environment does not involve any gene related characteristics.

    Growth is the increment in physical aspect whereas development is the complete increase in the functioning of any organism or plants.

    Growth is solely the cellular element but the development involves the organizational. Development includes the abilities and functionality.
