    Explanation:

    There were many crops that were growing during the colonist period however tobacco was the most popular crop. There was much tobacco, firms that sprung across the region. However, the south state mostly grew, sugar, rice and indigo. The three cash crops were major in Georgia.

    The economy was based mostly on plantation for the above cash crops. And there was no slavery until when James came into leadership and reinstatement the ban of slavery because of increased complaints from settlers.
