Pulte Homes was developing a subdivision when its grading of the land resulted in flooding of the proper - ty of adjoining landowners. The landowners brought suit against Pulte. A special master found that Pulte had deleted relevant e-mails and that its lawyers had removed documents from a stack of documents the landowners' lawyer had selected to copy while the land - owners' lawyers went to lunch. What happens when parties do not disclose all evidence? Are there sanctions for destroying evidence?
