If you are trying to reduce the cost of college, following strategies can save you the most money;

Try and buy second hand recycled books instead of the new ones. This can cause you a tremendous amount of money. Borrowing from a senior is also a good choice. Look for TA ships where the salary is deducted from the annual fee of college and it eventually reduces the cost of tuition. A part time job can serve the same purpose. Transport is a big chunk of college cost along with residency if it is far from where you live. Try to find a room in sharing or affordable hostels closer to the college.
