Under the ADA, employers are required to provide reasonable accommodations to qualified employees with disabilities, unless doing so would pose an undue hardship.

    Asides from the three listed above, reasonable accommodation also includes acquiring or modifying equipment, changing tests, training materialsand / or policies as well as making existing facilities accessible.
