    free speech trial by jury freedom of contract

    The first amendment allows for the freedom of speech and press of every citizen and none will be objected to do express their opinions. The seventh amendment assures trial by jury. Facts that are already examined and analyzed by a jury is not allowed to be reexamined by any court of US. All these amendments are made to finally assure the citizens pursuit of happiness. The Bill of Rights doesn't talk about voting rights or contract rights.
