    1. Cost effective

    This is the most advantageous part of social media marketing as compared to other types of marketing.

    No fees are required for any major social media platforms but one is able to interact with a large number of target customers.

    2. Large audience

    Social media platforms allows you to interact with a number of people in one place it reaches beyond all demographic boundaries one can even reach people from overseas through the social media marketing.

    3. Quick

    This is the quickest way to transfer information in as fast as possible. Whatever one publishes on social media it is easily and quickly available for all the audience to view wherever they are and a person can even link their websites on their social media account.

    It is easily accessible and available in just a click of a button.

    4. Interaction:

    It is very interactive your potential customers can easily communicate with you and be able to even raise their concerns or ask what ever they need to know about the products or even make suggestion so it build that trust between customer and the business owner this can result to long lasting relationships.

    5. Brand loyalty:

    The level of interaction create loyalty between customers and business owner as they learn to trust each other through regular interaction.

    Time-consuming:
