According to Aristotle authoritarianism is the norm change occurs in private life, but not in public (political) life. humans have little or no need for politics. humans are essentially political creatures.

    Explanation: Aristotle was an ancient Greek philosopher and scientist who lived between 384 B. C. to 322 B. C. His works are still relevant in politics, psychology and ethics. Aristotle believed man was in the natural state as a political animal because he is a social creature with the power of speech and moral reasoning and insists that man is either this or an outcast like a bird which flies alone.

    In his book, Politics, he maintained that both the city-state (comprising of several small communities) and political rule are the natural order of things as people form communities to guarantee self preservation.
