Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a business model under which the Businesses are required to be involved socially which create stable relationships amongst the company, employees, stakeholders and the public.

Ethics refers to certain conducts which are considered right or wrong based on a particular group of people. These are determined by the society which is also different from morals which are individually determined.

These conducts we tend to follow them because they are prescribed by society at large eventhoug someone may not truly believe in them.
