There exist wondrous phenomena in our universe-stars, tornadoes, cats, dance parties, the internet, etc-that show remarkable complexity and order. How are these phenomena, how are you and I, not violating thesecond law of thermodynamics? How is all of this order maintained in auniverse that tends toward disorder?
