    Explanation:

    The 1894-1895 War between Japan and China is also known as the Sino-Japanese War which was because Japan wanted to have full influence in Korea. China had longed traded with Korea and they knew the territory so well. However, Korea had so many natural resources that propelled the Japanese to invade Korea.

    The War can best be described as a fight for supremacy in Korea. The War revealed the weaknesses of the Chinese Empire and reduced Japan's title as a world power. The War took place in four separate territories namely; Taiwan, Korea, Manchuria, and the Yellow Sea. Being the first War between the two countries, so many china civilians lost their lives. Many Wars were fought between the two countries until 2013 when Japan's Prime Minister rendered an apology to China.
