    normative influence

    Explanation:

    Normative influence -

It is one of the human behavior, where the person, atlers his or her thoughts and behaviour, randomly just by looking or observing it on some other person, is known as Normative influence.

It is a very dominant type of influence, where the person unknowingly copies or replicate the same task.

Normative influence, can also be in the form of thoughts, as the person too get influenced and other peoples thought and replicate them to their life.

Hence, Hammond did the same thing by replicating the stretching exercise done by his colleages.
