Patty is a poor college student struggling to work to pay for her schooling and to keep up with her studies. Her Uncle Fred promises to pay for Patty's tuition until she graduates college. Patty is so excited to be able to not work and focus her attention on school. So she quits her job even through Uncle Fred did not ask her to do so. Uncle Fred gives her tuition for one term, then stops paying her with no explanation. If Patty sues her Uncle Fred, what is the likely result?

Patty is a college student who is now an adult responsible for herself. She would lose the case because college students are expected to have internships or jobs, other than school. College is a system of education that works around you job and internship times.
