sassing ordinances for establishing settlement of western territory.

    Explanation:

The Articles of Confederation was formed before the end of the Revolutionary War and was therefore a make shift form of central government that had limited powers over the States. It had a unicameral or one house legislature in which all states regardless of size or population had one vote.

Each state had one vote. Nine out of thirteen states had to support a law for it to be enacted. Furthermore, any changes to the Articles themselves would require unanimous agreement.

Under the Articles states made more decisions about the economy than the national government.

Under the Articles, States had more autonomy.
