Paolo will do whatever it takes to be successful; he does not care about others and what happens to them. He has a high opinion of himself and thinks that he is better than anybody else he is around. Paolo is calculating and deliberate in his strategy to get ahead, and so people do not think of him as impulsive. But because of his aggressive nature, Paolo is not well liked by others. He has started experiencing some limitations at his job with regard to what he can do. Which type of personality disorder is Paolo MOST likely to have?

Answer: Delusion of grandeur which may be accompanied by Narcissist personality disorder

    Explanation:

A delusion of grandeur is the false belief in one's own superiority (in this case think he is better than anyone around him and he is such a Narcissist that he doesn't even care about hurting others in the process), greatness, or intelligence. People experiencing delusions of grandeur do not just have high self-esteem; instead, they believe in their own greatness and importance even in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
